All product images are for illustration purposes only.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, the quote is valid for 14 days.

An order is considered accepted once payment is received, unless credit terms have been arranged in writing.

• Fraud or misuse is suspected

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Prices may exclude delivery costs, which will be added to your invoice where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched, unless agreed otherwise.

Once products leave our premises, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer unless insurance is arranged.

You must ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or difficult access.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; however, custom or made-to-order items may not be refundable.
A restocking fee may apply for cancelled standard items.

Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

• Is not fit for purpose
• Is not as described

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless approved at our discretion.
